	If you have found at least 2 properties that suit your needs we advise you to book a viewing visit. Whatever the quality and quantity of the pictures we provide, you should check in person what the property gives you in terms of feeling and other sensations that cannot be conveyed in a picture. Sicilian Homes will give you advice on how to get here, where to go for accommodation, and what to do in your spare time. We will do anything we can to make your viewing trip an
occasion for an enjoyable short break holiday, but our main goal is to show you the properties you have chosen and the areas around them to get the feel of the place. BOOK YOUR VIEWING DATES NOW! We suggest that you book no more than 3 properties per day to view, you do not want to rush from one property to another and then go back home with a long list of unanswered questions. Our fee for a viewing trip is £150 per day for a maximum of 3 days viewing. THE VIEWING TRIP FEE IS FULLY REFUNDABLE ONCE PURCHASE IS MADE WITH SICILIAN HOMES. This fee needs to be paid in advance before the departure date. We will pick you up and leave you at your hotel accommodation, accompany you to view the properties. A full detailed journey schedule will be decided with you before your arrival.
