Off course we do charge for our service.We charge a one off fee of £1,500 for properties priced up to £55,000 . This fee is due wholly at the time of the Compromesso or Preliminary Contract, and will not be refundable.
For properties priced £55,000 and above our fee is between 1.5% and 3% of the purchase price (see our scale of fees).
No fee is payable during the negotiations unless otherwise specified. 40% of our fee is requested at the time of the signing of the Compromesso or Preliminary Contract, and will not be refundable (see Terms&Conditions). The remainder 60% is payable on the signing of the rogito or final contract (completion) and should be paid in the sterling equivalent to the amount of the purchase price. Currency conversion will be calculated on the day of signing the rogito.
